The Sanctuary at .BALANCE is our downstairs wellness café — a calm, beautiful place to begin your day or to unwind after class. Pop in for real coffee made from sustainably sourced beans, or settle in with a nourishing drink designed to restore and hydrate.
We partnered and trained with the very best – 200 Degrees Coffee to deliver perfect coffee every time, brewed with barista precision and honest ingredients. Our menu focuses on delicious, health-forward beverages that support recovery, boost energy, and taste indulgent without compromise.
More than a cafe, it’s a wellness community: a warm space to reconnect after class, meet friends, or find a quiet moment to reset.
