Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made online and paid for in advance.
Class packages are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period specified at purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued.
Exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of The Balance Sanctuary Ltd.
Class Amendments
You may reschedule or amend your booking up to two times per class, provided changes are made at least 24 hours in advance. Further changes beyond the two permitted amendments will not be accepted, and the class will be forfeited.
Membership Terms and Conditions
Membership Payments
Customers are required to pay for the first month of membership upfront at the time of purchase. Following the initial payment, a recurring monthly payment will be automatically charged to the card registered to the customer’s account. Recurring payments will be taken one month from the original purchase date and continue on a monthly basis thereafter.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Customers who wish to cancel their membership must provide written notice (via email or other accepted communication channels) before the 15th of the month. If notice is received before the 15th, the membership will be cancelled effective from the following month. If notice is received on or after the 15th, the membership will continue for the following month, and cancellation will take effect from the subsequent billing cycle.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. No partial refunds will be issued for unused classes or mid-month cancellations.
Membership Access
Active members will have access to scheduled classes as outlined in the membership plan purchased. The studio reserves the right to update class schedules, instructors, or offerings at any time.
Card and Billing Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that valid card details are registered to their account. Failed payments may result in suspension of membership until payment is successfully processed.
Health and Safety
Participants must complete a health questionnaire before attending their first class. You are responsible for informing the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations.
The studio reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe for the individual or others.
Studio Etiquette
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start of your class to allow time for setup without disrupting earlier sessions.
Wear appropriate workout attire and grip socks. Mobile phones must be silenced or turned off during class.
Liability
Participation is at your own risk. The studio and instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained during classes. We recommend consulting a medical professional before beginning any new exercise program.
Refunds and Transfers
Refunds are not available for missed classes, except in cases of studio cancellation.
Class credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased them.
Changes to Schedule
The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, affected participants will be notified and offered an alternative class or credit.
Amendments
The studio reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Customers will be notified of any changes in advance, and continued use of membership services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
